Based on the existing technical specification we had to design the application architecture and assemble a development team within tight deadlines and budget, including hiring.
Deliver first MVP in 4 months to test the hypothesis
Within 4 months we had to build a full MVP with design and code, implement client, deal, chat and finance modules, and prepare the architecture for scaling.
Complete the project in full after MVP
Building on the MVP after successful hypothesis tests, continue development, expand the team and bring the product to full readiness.
